Cpl HR recruitment are looking to support a large technology client with the recruitment of a HR Advisor for a 12 Month FTC to support a fast paced, busy business unit. Supporting some well known companies, this role will support a head count of 200 approximately.
Role and responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the full onboarding process
• Coordinate and deliver our Employee Induction Programme.
• Responsible for probationary review management
• Manage employee lifecycle changes and maintain data integrity and timely reporting on our HR information system.
• Update and maintain all employee profiles of the HR information system for all existing employees and new employees with relevant information.
• Support employees through all life-cycle stages of benefits, processes, policies, leave, internal HR systems, and other people-led programs.
Skills and experience required:
- Qualification in HR or other related subject, CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- 2 Years relevant HR Experience
- Be a strong communicator in a high demanding space
