Cpl Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join a multi-division business in the Interiors and Contracting industry on a permanent basis. This part-time role (3 days per week) is fully onsite in Dublin City Centre. The HR Advisor will act as the operational backbone of the HR function, supporting multiple divisions and ensuring HR processes, compliance, and reporting run smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR records and workflows in Personio, ensuring data accuracy, reporting dashboards, and document templates are up to date.
- Support the rollout of new Personio functionality, including performance cycles, training tracking, and automation.
- Work with senior management to streamline people-related processes across all divisions.
- Produce monthly HR reports covering headcount, starters/leavers, absences, and training compliance.
- Track annual leave, sick leave, and other absences.
- Provide documentation support for performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Assist line managers with employee relations processes and day-to-day HR queries.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in HR administration or support.
- Experience drafting HR policy documents.
- Hands-on experience with Personio or another HRIS; strong digital capability essential.
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law basics.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and documentation ability.
- Comfortable supporting multiple managers across different functions.
