Cpl HR Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Analyst with a leading manufacturing company. The role is based in Dublin City and offers a hybrid working model. HR analytics experience is essential.
Responsibilities Required
- Create and deliver regular and one-off reports and dashboards about people data
- Check HR data for accuracy and fix or report any issues
- Build and improve tools and dashboards to help HR and the wider organisation
- Review and track budgets and spending in the People (HR) team
- Manage and lead projects that support the People strategy from start to finish
- Help run and improve the People Policy Co-Pilot tool
- Support the HR Transformation project (for example, cleaning and testing data)
- Organise and manage the HR team’s yearly procurement schedule, following all rules and policies
- Keep the CRM system up to date and track progress on procurement activities
- Work with Procurement and Legal teams on tasks like tenders, contracts, and legal questions
- Help with regular audits and make sure HR follows all internal rules
- Work on the HR risk register and help meet audit and compliance requirements
- Support communication with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to put new policies in place
- Help other HR teams prepare for internal and external audits
- Work with the HR team to follow GDPR rules and use best practices
- Help with data protection tasks in cooperation with compliance and records teams
- Keep HR data records and file management systems up to date
Experience Required
- At least 3+ years of experience in a HR data or analytics role
- Previous experience doing administrative work is essential
- Experience working in HR or a similar area is a plus
- Strong communication (spoken and written), maths, and analysis skills
- Very good attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Able to work well both alone and with others
- Creative and open to improving how things are done
- Knowledge of Irish or EU laws such as Data Protection, Procurement, or Employment Law is a bonus
