Our multinational technology client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a HR Data Analyst, for an 11-month contract. Hybrid working on offer, with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data within HRIS systems and providing clear and efficient reporting. Workday & Excel experience are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Respond to any employee queries for any issues that arise related to employee data and any changes/amendments
- Driving solutions to improve the employee experience from a people technology perspective
- Contribute to both internal and external data Audits, ensuring data aligns to any required compliance
- Work with key business functions, ensuring data requests or actions are achievable, accurate and seamless, where possible.
- Accurately record and maintain employee data relevant to performance and compensation cycles
- Proactively looking for improvements in automation and process improvement.
- Managing high volume case load, in a busy working environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ HR Data Analyst experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with Workday, working with back-end data adjustments
- Ability to work cross functionally in a global environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
