Our Multi-National Industrial/Manufacturing client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled HR Generalist to join their Cork team. As HR Generalist you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR services across the business
Responsibilities
- Review current interview and recruitment processes, utilising the HR ATS system for all vacancies.
- Alignment of contracts in place with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they are set-up in ATS and submit candidates via the system.
- Onboarding new employees into the business, encompassing orientation and ongoing support.
- Budgeting Headcount alignment through company workforce planning system.
- Training management via learning management system (assignment of trainings, creation of items or classes and upload of training hours).
- Responsible for weekly payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and other payroll-related information, including month end process and reporting.
- Adopting positive employee relations, promoting employee involvement, commitment, and engagement within the organization.
- Support the line management team in matters of industrial relations concerns with employees, fostering a climate of mutual co-operation.
Requirements
- 5 to 7yrs experience as a HR Generalist, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial relations background
- Candidates should have relevant Degree and CIPD Qualification
- Strong Employee relations experience and be able to effectively manage daily HR Matters
- Strong systems capacity
