Cpl Recruitment is looking for a Permanent HR Generalist to join a well established manufacturing company in Longford. This is a fully on site role.
Main Duties:
· Look after the day to day administration of all HR policies and procedures.
· Support with staff performance, rewards, recognition, workplace diversity, and compliance issues.
· Build good working relationships with managers.
· Help prepare reports and analyse data for metrics and legal requirements.
· Organise and coordinate staff training programmes.
· Keep all employee records up to date, including address changes, job changes, pay rises, and disciplinary actions.
· Assist with staff communications and attendance issues.
· Make sure staff notices and updates are sent out according to company policy.
You will need:
· Knowledge of Irish employment law, especially disciplinary procedures.
· A bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years’ experience in HR.
· Good skills in Microsoft Office.
· Experience working in employee relations.
