Cpl HR recruitment are looking to hire a HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations based West Dublin. This is a permanent strategic and hands-on role for a people-focused professional with strong operational experience and a track record of managing HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent HR support across multiple sites, partnering with managers to drive performance and engagement.
- Lead and coach a small HR team, supporting ER case management and manager capability.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with operations.
- Drive learning, development, and leadership programmes aligned with business needs.
- Lead culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and data integrity.
- Support compensation reviews, benefit uptake, and EVP development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed people strategies and support business goals.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a multi-site or operationally intensive environment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and experience managing complex ER issues.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in childcare, healthcare, education would be an advantage
