Our multinational client in has an exciting requirement for a HR Operations Specialist to join their team for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR support and delivery, offering a comprehensive HR service in a busy, high volume environment, operating in line with HR policies and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Primary Point of Contact for HR queries across Europe, via ticketing system organised by case transactions.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from on-boarding onward
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Provide HR support to wider centre of excellence
- Ensure compliance to local HR legislation
- Perform regular quality reviews and report findings
- Support testing on HR technology advancements
- Any other ad-hoc HR support
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in a shared services environment
- Multi-country HR support experience
- HR Qualification.
- Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday & ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills
