Cpl Recruitment is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a Dublin City-based organisation. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted Junior HR Business Partner, supporting employee relations, performance management, retention, compensation & benefits, and HR projects.
- Build strong relationships with People Managers to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organisational strategy.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on HR policies, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
- Support and lead on employee relations issues including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and formal processes.
- Implement and monitor retention strategies such as check-ins, stay interviews, and exit feedback.
- Manage long-term absence, retirement processes, and support benchmarking and secondments.
- Lead and deliver key HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes.
- Ensure up-to-date HR policies, GDPR compliance, and accurate HR reporting.
What you will need:
- HR qualification and CIPD membership.
- At least 3+ years HR Generalist experience with strong employee relations and performance management knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Irish Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
