Our not-for-profit client have an exciting temporary requirement for an L&D Administrator for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate can be based in their Dublin West or Kildare office, with hybrid working on offer of 2 days onsite and 3 days’ work from home. The role will involve supporting the L&D manager with all related administration and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED
· Manage and respond to staff training queries
· Enter electronic training records for all training courses
· Update individual staff training records on HRIS
· Scheduling in-person and virtual training sessions
· Provide administration support as needed for L&D initiatives
· Day to day use of Learning Management System
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 1+ years experience working in a busy L&D and/or HR role
· Relevant qualification
· Excellent communication skills with advanced written and spoken English.
· LMS experience
· Strong multi-tasker, with ability to prioritise tasks
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
