Our public sector client in Dublin City Centre has an exciting requirement for an L&D Partner to join their organisation for a 14 month contract. The successful candidates will be responsible to design and deliver L&D initiatives, aligned with company strategy. Role will include associated administration, reporting and metrics analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Design, deliver, facilitate and evaluate learning programmes
- Maintain L&D related documentation
- Use of innovative learning approaches and explore new technologies for learning delivery
- Design and deliver an Employee Wellbeing programme
- Monitor and assess feedback
- Support HR Communications via various platforms
- Developing and updating relevant OD/L&D/Wellbeing policies and procedures
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of a level 8 Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering and facilitating learning initiatives and rolling out an L&D framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient to advanced level in Microsoft Office
- Experience in public sector (Desirable)
- Experience with Strandum (HRIS) or other HRIS applications
