Cpl is recruiting on behalf of our insurance client in Dublin city centre for an exciting permanent People Generalist position. This role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home. Please note that the role will be fully onsite during the initial 6-month probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Lead internal staff communications in line with company values. Manage the People calendar and work with marketing to keep messages clear and consistent across all channels.
- Create and run initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition. Use feedback and data to make improvements and track results.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by helping to develop and embed inclusive practices across teams.
- Write, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
- Provide support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
- Work alongside hiring managers and the People Team to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Help improve HR processes, employee experience, and overall team efficiency.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have a qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.
- Proven experience in HR or people-focused roles, ideally within a values-driven organisation, delivering employee experience and engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction, ideally within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
- Passionate about fostering inclusion, belonging, and a positive workplace culture.
