Project Co-ordinator, Compliance & Energy Sector
This role is ideal for a technically competent, detail-oriented project coordinator with experience in leading or managing teams, enforcing compliance standards, and producing high-quality reporting. The blend of soft skills (communication, organisational skills & team leadership) and technical knowledge (ISO standards, process improvement, Excel analytics) is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Project Coordination or Management experience (3–4+ years), particularly in auditing, compliance, or technical services.
Exposure to ISO standards (especially ISO 9001, 27001, 45001, 22301) and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
Quality Assurance (QA) experience is acceptable as an alternative to the specific built environment background.
Ideally from the construction, built environment, energy efficiency, or sustainability sectors.
Experience in governance, reporting, and process improvement is key.
Level 8 qualification (honours degree) in a technical field: Construction, Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, or related is preferrable but not essential as is a BER Qualification is a bonus, but not an essential requirement.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
· Analytical with strong attention to detail and trend analysis ability.
· Comfortable with scheduling, resource planning, and people management.

The role;
Programme Coordinator
Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €60,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term directly with our client (Minimum 9 Months)
We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Programme Coordinator to join the dynamic team with one of our Consulting Energy Clients whom support the SEAI.
This is a maternity cover role for a minimum fixed term of 9 months – with the possibility of extension. If you thrive in a structured, high-performing environment and have experience leading teams and managing compliance-driven projects, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Programme Coordinator, you will:
· Lead and support a team of experienced auditors delivering across the BER Auditing scheme
· Oversee internal governance and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with ISO standards (9001, 27001, 45001, 22301)
· Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly reports that capture key insights and performance metrics
· Drive process improvement, optimise workflows, and ensure alignment with best practices
· Manage resource planning, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure projects run smoothly
· Foster collaboration, resolve disputes, and maintain performance to SLA and KPI targets
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
· A Level 8 qualification in Construction, Built Environment, Engineering, or a related technical field OR
· Alternatively, a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) with experience in governance or audit delivery
· At least 3–4 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Programme Management role
· Experience working with ISO standards and a strong attention to detail
· A proactive, organised mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
