A leading international engineering and construction solutions provider is seeking a professional Part‑Time Receptionist to manage front‑of‑house operations in a busy corporate office. This role is ideal for someone polished, organised, and confident in providing a warm and professional first impression for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all front‑of‑house reception services, acting as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
- Manage incoming calls—screening, forwarding, and announcing guests in a professional, efficient manner.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure all related requirements are organised.
- Manage the Access Control System and generate access reports as needed.
- Coordinate post, courier deliveries, taxi bookings, and other daily administrative logistics.
- Liaise with Facilities Management regarding maintenance, building issues, and general office requirements.
- Assist with organising events, programmes, and internal meetings.
- Undertake general office administration tasks as required.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or corporate reception role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confident manner.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong general IT literacy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
