CPL are hiring a Receptionist/Administrator to join a dynamic IT company located in Dublin 4 on a full-time, permanent basis. The suitable candidate will have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and excels in a team environment.
You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager and you will have excellent organisation and time-management skills.
This is an 100% office based role.

General responsibilities
Reception duties -
- Create a welcoming environment for all guests to the office
- Manage telephone calls
- Filing and contract management
- Handling and communicating with couriers
- Facilitating kitchen and office supplies, maintenance, cleaning and repairs
- Setting up and connecting video calls and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangement for senior management
Admin duties -
- Respond to administrative requests for meeting or visiting employees
- Financial administration
- Coffee and lunch requests for senior members of staff
- Copying, printing, scanning and binding documentation
