Overview
An established aviation services organisation is seeking a Records Administrator to join its Technical Services Records team. This role supports multiple MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) facilities across Europe, ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to airworthiness standards, and smooth induction and departure of engines within the network. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer documentation for engine slots across multiple MRO facilities.
- Create and maintain documentation file structures.
- Update internal record systems and produce weekly tracker reports.
- Review customer‑supplied documentation for accuracy and liaise with customers and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
- Interpret OEM manuals and service documentation to assess life‑limited part (LLP) cycle restrictions.
- Monitor updates and critical Airworthiness Directives relevant to the role.
- Use specialised databases containing live and archived engine and component records.
- Review shop documentation to ensure completeness and enable timely engine release.
- Support development of new IT systems that enhance documentation processes.
- Collaborate with wider Engineering and Technical Records teams as required.

- Self‑motivated, able to work independently with strong initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical, analytical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, flexible, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with willingness to undertake training and occasional travel.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Aircraft or engine knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
