Our technology client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter for a 6-month contract. The role will focus on IT & Corporate recruitment, supporting hiring needs in Ireland, for multiple business managers and stakeholders. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
· Management of all stages of the employee lifecycle from candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, offer and onboarding support
· Regular engagement with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
· Deliver team objectives providing a comprehensive service with continuous process improvement.
· Management of candidate pipeline through every life cycle stage, ensuring positive candidate experience
· Develop creative recruitment sourcing strategies
· Coach and advise management of TA best practice throughout each process
· Research and provide relevant market research to improve hiring processes
· Present and negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR and Business Managers
· Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition improvement needs
· Ensure maintenance and coordination of ATS system
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 3 years+ of relevant recruiting experience (ideally a large enterprise)
· Tech recruitment experience, advantageous
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills
· Experience of using a hiring applicant tracking system (workday preferable)
· Strong sourcing and screening skills.
· Ability to work through complexities, manage multiple priorities, and follow various documentation or process.
