This position will be responsible for working proactively with the companies customers and distributors. You will be responsible for supporting all queries from Field Sales & Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations, and provide timely customer information.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide Sales Support on all pre-& post sales enquiries.
Includes but is not limited to order entry, back order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints and return requests.
• Build & develop relationships with customers and distributors.
• Ownership of weekly reports for the sales managers to include, backorders, financial targets, and sell-through reports.
• Be proficient in all company internal systems & ensure you follow all procedures from an audit perspective. Police & validate that field sales & partners are adhering to processes.
Qualifications & Required Skills :
• Some Post Leaving Certificate qualification in Business, Administration, Languages or Sales
• Fluency in English and a second language would be desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must have experience with CRM / ERP systems
• Must have order management / order processing experience
• Experience with MS Great Plains and Dynamics desirable
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven record in customer account management/sales
