My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join their team in Bray. This is a temporary position for 5 months with both 3 days per week or 5 mornings options available.
Responsibilities.
- Converting leads in CRM and managing the separate lead tracking spreadsheet
- Assigning leads to the appropriate salesperson based on market size
- Creating new accounts in Salesforce using sales-provided information (via CreditSafe)
- Creating Groups and maintaining accounts within Salesforce
- Creating generic affiliates for new accounts going live
- Supporting Operations with affiliate creation for new payrolls
- Creating and maintaining contact roles
- Supporting the sales teams with Salesforce-related queries (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
- Ensuring general data stewardship, data accuracy, and ongoing data hygiene
Sales Responsibilities
- Managing training and payslip sales
- Interacting with and supporting customers
- Managing and maintaining Excel trackers and reports
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to other teams as required
