Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a public sector client in recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner, for a 6 month contract. Based in Dublin working 3 days on site and 2 days remote, the ideal candidate will have strong Irish employment law and ideally industrial relations experience also. This senior role will have 2 direct reports supporting a large head count with operational HR support across a very busy organisation.
Role and duties will include:
- Contribute to the strategic development of the organisation
- Coach and guide managers through various stages of ER cases to prevent escalations
- Build a strong relationship with third party representatives
- Support the organisation through varies periods of change
- Guide and the develop the team to support and succeed in their roles
- Support with retention and workforce planning
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in the Irish HR market in a senior capacity is essential
- Showcase the ability to support and guide on Employee Relations cases
- Experience in a healthcare or public sector would be an advantage
- Have the ability to travel within Ireland
- Manage, mentor and support team members
