Temporary Receptionist - Galway
I am currently seeking a temporary receptionist on behalf of our client, a leading MedTech company based in Galway. This is a key front-of-house role supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play an integral role in supporting both admin and finance functions during this busy period.
Start Date: 23rd June
End Date: 8th August
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional reception cover including welcoming guests, visitors, and contractors
- Issue and manage access badges in accordance with security procedures
- Answer and direct incoming calls, handle general inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across departments as needed
- Perform accurate data entry and assist with maintaining internal records
- Support the finance team with
- invoicing tasks and general admin duties
- Ensure reception and public areas are always well-maintained and presentable
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Friendly, reliable, and confident engaging with staff and visitors
