Our latest employment monitor found that 66% of employers have found lies on CVs received from jobseekers, so we decided to see how hard it is to spot when someone has lied on their CV in an interview. We made a few changes to my CV, gave two recruiters the chance to interview me, and challenged them to guess where we had exaggerated or just outright fibbed.
