Millennial workers all too often depicted as lazy, entitled and disloyal, but is there any validity in this? While some stereotypes may be true (we do often still live at home thanks to astronomical house prices), others are completely inaccurate & need to be disproved.
When it comes to figuring out what an employee wants, it shouldn’t come down to the year they were born. Like anyone else, millennials simply want purposeful and challenging work and less time spent being stereotyped.
