On Friday 9thof March, Cpl in partnership with the 30% Club, held its second successful Diversity and Inclusion workshop in The Alex Hotel.
The session which was created and delivered by Cpl Director, Peter Cosgrove, had a 90% male majority in attendance. This encourages men to become part of the conversation when it comes to gender diversity and help promote real change.
Peter provided attendees with insights and practices that they can implement in their own organisations. There is a wealth of evidence to suggest that gender-diverse companies are more innovative, more profitable, and tend to recruit and retain better talent.
The 30% Club launched in Ireland in January 2015 with the aim of achieving better gender balance at all levels in prominent Irish organisations. Peter sits on the Steering Committee while Cpl CEO, Anne Heraty is on the Chairs Advisory Board.
