What We Did

​Flexsource has been working with DHL exclusively across their business in a variety of different areas such as warehouse, distribution, logistics, admin and supply chain across multiple locations in Ireland.

DHL as a supply chain customer is challenged by seasonal fluctuations with peaks and troughs in their headcount requirements and with lead times varying greatly. It is necessary for DHL to have a talent partner they can rely on to understand the industry and their need to source and manage candidates at short notice.

How We Did It

For DHL, we recruit for season peak for a large online distribution hub where recruitment needs for peak times can increase by 100 staff at any time. This is an increase from 40 to circa 140 staff on-site. Flexsource works to a strict SLA and ensures delivery to the DC in all areas.

Flexsource currently has over 200 employees on-site every day working across several different departments within DHL. For DHL we provide one central Account Manager on site who is responsible for managing communications with numerous point of contacts including third party suppliers.

Our on-site manager ensures delivery of the overall account with an offsite based sourcing team to deliver temporary worker across several different locations. The on-site manager ensures that all compliance and SLA targets are achieved.


We manage all recruitment aspects for DHL from sourcing candidates to managing performance onsite and all elements between. We do this in line with DHL’s own policies and procedures and regularly liaise with management to achieve the best possible outcomes on all sides.
