2022 Reading List to Improve your Personal Development

Do you consider yourself a bit of a bookworm? Even if you aren’t, reading is still a popular past-time even in our technologically advanced world. In fact, UK book sales in 2021 have been the highest in a decade! But what are the actual health benefits of reading?

Did you know that regular reading has many benefits. For one thing, it’s been shown to improve brain connectivity, helping to reduce stress and brain decline as we age. It also encourages your vocabulary and comprehension. Another unexpected benefit is that reading actually helps you to empathize with other people as well.

Here are some books to add to your book list this year. Why not challenge yourself to read a book a week (52 books in a year)?

Whether it’s dealing with criticism, managing anxiety or low mood, this book is full of helpful hints and tips.
