The 360 Recruitment Consultant will be responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle of industry specific personnel to meet client needs across the Republic of Ireland.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
• Managing the 360 end-to-end recruitment cycle of industry specific personnel to meet client needs across the Republic of Ireland from sourcing to placement.
• Generating new business from lead generation, area knowledge, social media, networking and word of mouth.
• Consulting with clients to evaluate staffing requirements and specific job objectives.
• Sourcing domestic candidates of varied staffing disciplines through marketing, advertising, social media etc.
• Supporting the candidate compliance process to ensure standards are fully met prior to placement.
• Liaising with clients in relation to placing newly compliant candidates.
• Striving to fill all vacant shifts in a timely manner and coordinating with staff and clients effectively.
• Managing the weekly staffing payroll process to include timesheets and ensuring Zapp is fully updated.
• Resolving invoice queries as and when they arise in collaboration with the Payroll team.
• Having a regular presence in healthcare facilities/hospitals through weekly contact calls and client visits
• Relationship building and maintaining regular contact with our clients to assist with their staffing requirements.
• Logging all activities on Salesforce to ensure adequate and regular updates are provided to management.
• Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets as set out.
Role Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, to include recruitment telesales, cold calling, business development etc.
• Previous experience in pitching business to all levels of management
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set
• Excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication and follow up skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships
• Capability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
