They are integral to their customers success, and they grow through helping their customers meet their goals. Marketing plays a key role in devotion to customers success. For this reason, they have a global team of experienced marketers who are part of their account team in key customers accounts, dedicated to delivering high level of customer experience and growing business.
Our client is looking for a strategic, creative and experienced B2B Marketing expert with a proven track record of success to lead Field Marketing for one of their key industries. The person will be adept at establishing relationships at the most senior levels both internally and externally.
The ABM Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the success of an account and strength lies in building a deep partnership with account teams. They are aligned to an industry and bring deep knowledge of the market, ecosystem, customer pain points and services and offerings. They co-create marketing programs with Sales that produce measurable results, building reputation and advance relationships with clients, leading to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Establish close partnership with industry team leadership. Understand Sales objectives for the industry and work closely with them on their strategy to grow their business
· Define Account Based Marketing strategy, plan and execution for industry grounded on customer needs and designed to build and strengthen relationships, reputation and revenue for the account.
· Build positive relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with customers to improve business outcomes
· Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify & build the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, content, channels, and calls to action for each top target account
to ensure brand awareness at account level, higher conversion, and faster sales cycle for the accounts
· Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
· Deep understanding of the customer, the market, technology trends of the key accounts. Continuously evaluating them to identify new business opportunities.
· Gains a deep understanding of the business, its services and how they differentiate from competitors and how they address key customer pain points.
· Works with sales to gain customer advocacy, building client trust and loyalty to develop long term strategic partnerships. Translates this into compelling stories promoted through industry programs and experiences.
· Throughout programs, tracks the KPIs outlined in the marketing plans to measure and optimize on-going impact on reputation, relationships and, ultimately, business growth.
· Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and peers.
Key Success Metrics:
· Relationships: development, contact and network discovery
· Revenue: Account pipeline, signings and revenue and overall acct health
· Advocacy: Customer eminence, evidence and references; Customer satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 10 + years of experience in field marketing, professional services marketing (technology services is a plus) or Experience marketing or selling within B2B industries preferred.
· Experience in insurance marketing and pursuit marketing
- Meaningful experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with customers/prospects to deliver results.
· Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and developing new and innovative marketing programs in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and a background of owning campaigns and driving success.
· Excellent written & verbal communications; strong executive communications and negotiation skills
· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
