German-Speaking Account Executive Wanted!
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative IT company, is looking for a driven German-speaking Account Executive to join their expanding sales team!
About the Role
- As an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle-from lead qualification and product demos to closing deals. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and managing multiple prospects independently.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and nurture partnerships with leading companies in your market/region
- Drive business growth and expand the client base
- Develop and execute a strategic, long-term sales pipeline plan
- Actively manage your pipeline to ensure sustained success
- Support and collaborate with your peers to achieve team goals
- Demonstrate accountability, dedication, and a strong work ethic
- Mentor and guide new Account Executives
- Continuously expand your skill set by taking on related tasks
Your Profile & Skills
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience consistently achieving net-new revenue targets selling MarTech SaaS solutions
- Proven success selling to C-suite and marketing decision-makers, with solid knowledge of ecommerce, retail, and brand sectors
- Strong ability to qualify, position, and close sales effectively
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders
- Results-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated to exceed targets
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Resilient and open to learning from setbacks
- Growth mindset with a continuous drive for improvement
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Supportive, engaging, and energetic team member
- Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
