What You’ll Do
- Work with experienced mentors to manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals
- Build strong relationships with potential customers across your assigned region
- Present and demonstrate how our innovative tech solutions can solve real business challenges
- Stay organized and manage multiple conversations with potential clients at once
- Learn how to build a healthy sales pipeline and meet achievable targets
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German and English
- At least 1 year of experience in outbounds sales role (Ideally Business Development Representative or Similar)
- A strong interest in technology and helping businesses grow
- A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and learn
- A team player who brings positive energy and a proactive attitude

- A competitive salary and generous commission plan - EUR 95,000 per annum OTE
