Your day to day:
- Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
- Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
- Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
- Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
- Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC
Your profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
- 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role
- Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
- Experience interfacing with clients and providing strategic insights
- Native-level fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite)
What’s in it for you:
- Base salary between €38,000 and €44,000
- Commission structure up to €15,000 annually
- Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home)
