We are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator for an immediate start for our client based in Dublin 9.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Issuing client correspondence and statements as needed
· Reducing outstanding debt on allocated client accounts
· Dealing with customer queries
· Producing letters and statements
· Liaising and supporting the Credit Control Manager
· Weekly transaction reports
· Account reconciliation/ administration of invoices and payments on customer accounts
· Filing correspondence
· Raising refund requests
· Reviewing daily credit control file for lodgements received
Requirements:
· Must have previous experience working within an accounts/ finance department
· Strong administration and organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
