My client, based in East Cork, is seeking a permanent Part-Time Accounts Assistant. This role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly and monthly payments to suppliers.
- Prepare and post monthly journals.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Compile supporting schedules for monthly customer sales invoices.
- Process supplier invoices and reconcile against statements.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work as required.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
