Administrative Assistant
My client an Educational Institution seek to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team until 30/09/2023 initially.
This is a part-time role (3 Day week)
Responsibilities:
· Acting as first point of contact for the Graduate Studies Office and providing a friendly, professional, efficient and confidential service to postgraduate research students (PGRs) and staff.
Arranging meetings for the Graduate Studies office and events/workshops for Graduate Studies Office.
· Support for University Postgraduate Research Student Orientation (on-campus and virtual).
· Lead admin support for PhD Advertising service (for PhD supervisors with funding). Inputting information to online platforms. Support the updating of the Graduate Studies website (T4).
Skills Required:
· Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Office suite.
· Proficiency with Excel (desired)
· T4 web content management system (desired)
· Sharepoint web application platform
· Experience with systems (e.g. Quercus student records system, Canvas (VLE) .
