Administrative Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)
Location: Dublin 8 (On-site)
Contract Type: Temporary/Special Purpose (June 2025 – October 2025)
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, between 9:30am and 5:00pm)
Salary: €13.91 per hour
Overview:
A not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and service delivery. This role is onsite and temporary, supporting a team that delivers community-based programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Office & General Administration
Handle reception duties: phone calls, visitors, emails.
Support general office functions including health & safety, maintenance logging, and document filing.
Assist in maintaining IT systems including SharePoint, Salesforce and CRM tools.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
Assist in data collection and preparation for internal and external reporting.
Case & Referral Management
Assist in the administration of client referrals and related processes.
Collect and organise statistical data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Service Delivery Support
Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings and service delivery events.
Provide logistical support to programme facilitators and participants.
General Duties:
Attend regular supervision sessions and team meetings.
Participate in relevant training and organisational events.
Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in a busy office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM/database systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work with discretion, particularly regarding sensitive data (GDPR aware).
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders including the public and professionals.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Note: The successful candidate will undergo Garda vetting.
