Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full Time for 6 months end date 23/12/2025 .
Role Summary:
This temporary position plays a vital support role in the planning and execution of university conferring ceremonies.
The role involves managing communications via email and phone, handling special requests from students and guests, and providing on-the-ground assistance during ceremonies.
Key duties include updating records on internal systems, coordinating the distribution of parchments, and supporting event logistics such as signage, printing, and student ambassador coordination.
The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all attendees.
Role Requirements:

- Ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience dealing with the general public
Main Responsibilities:
· Dealing with queries via phone and email from students, general public, exams office, fees office, student registry helpdesk
· Supporting the team with invitations, student ambassadors, conferring desk, printing and signage, collating academic attendance confirmations, and updating fee status records
· Assisting with cross-checking of lists. Being present on day of ceremonies to ensure things run smoothly and any queries are answered face to face on day or escalated.
