Flexsource are currently seeing a experienced Area Manager to Join a Busy Team in Co. Cork
The Area Manager reporting to the Operations Manager/ Managing Director provides overall leadership and
supervision to the entire team of the restaurants both company operated and franchised in his/her area to
ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their individual unit.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
To oversee the smooth running of the Restaurants assigned to you whilst achieving set targets and
budgets for each individual restaurant both company operated and franchised.
Responds to relevant requests from various HO Personnel/Operations Manager / Managing Director.
Makes arrangements in times of absence to ensure restaurants have support.
Liaises with all head office departments as necessary.
Assumes full responsibility for each shop in area in absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Plans visits, has a purpose, follows up on previous visits/issues, makes improvements in relation to KPI’s.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience is required within the Catering/Hospitality/Quick Service Food Industry.
Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
Regularly coaches Management to drive for results, is a role model in his display of professionalism
Full Driving License is essential
Salary range: €50,000 - €60,000
