My client a global provider of innovative investment strategies and solutions has an immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst. You will play a key role in delivering modular, cloud-based platforms designed to meet the complex needs of asset managers, wealth managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and other financial organizations.
Your role will be highly customer focused and client facing, to ensure the successful delivery of my the platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, and optimizing workflows to align with the solutions capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.
Skills required
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or implementing technology solutions in the financial services industry
- Experience with Aladdin , Charles River, Bloomberg AIM is essential
- Project delivery experience at a global scale
- Strong understanding of investment management processes
- Familiarity with data models, data structures, and integration workflows
- Proficiency in using JIRA or similar project tracking tools for task management, issue tracking and workflow optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and design optimized workflows
- Strong data analysis skills to validate and reconcile data outputs
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and discussions effectively
- Ability to manage client expectations and provide clear updates on progress
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as PMI, Prince, Agile (Scrum)
