Skills required
- Be Degree Qualified and have relevant professional services experience
- Client facing, customer focused
- Experience supporting large, complex transformation programmes in a Financial Services Organisation - banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager, Change Manager, leading Change
- Passionate about change, a change enabler
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
- Be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
- Be pragmatic and resilient - taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
- Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
- Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
- Experienced supporting and leading HRIS System Implementations, Strategic Workforce Planning or Operations Model Redesign
