They’re now looking for a confident and creative Business Development Executive to drive top-of-funnel activity and bring fresh thinking to how they connect with enterprise-level clients (Fortune 500s and large global players). This role is all about smart outreach, real relationship-building, and showing up where it counts - online, in person, and in the right conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hunting, not spamming: Quality over quantity - engaging directly with senior decision-makers through creative outreach, your own network, LinkedIn, events and more.
- Getting in the room: Whether it’s industry conferences, panels, webinars or networking forums, you'll confidently represent the business and its mission.
- Building pipelines: You’ll be the initial touchpoint, building interest and curiosity in the platform and then nurturing those leads through the stages of the sales cycle.
- Owning the process: As your success grows, so will your influence - evolving into a full 360° sales role where you can close your own deals and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborating with heart: You’ll feedback insight to the marketing and product teams, help refine strategy and help shape the company’s future growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of B2B sales, new business or SaaS sales is highly desirable.
- A track record of opening doors at enterprise level - bonus points if you’ve worked with large corporates, public sector, or multinational organizations previously.
- A natural relationship builder, with a consultative, curious style.
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting at events.
- A creative thinker when it comes to prospecting - you love finding new ways in
- Comfortable navigating CRM tools and keeping your pipeline tidy and transparent.
- Mission-driven - you care about inclusion, accessibility, ESG, and want to be part of a company that is making a difference
