CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will be mainly field based across NI with some office and home working, along with a base salary of up to £37,000 along with OTE up to £70,000.

The job:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will:
- Seek new clients across all markets while not being restricted to territories or markets.
- Build relationships, open and close new opportunities and developing long-term relationships.
- Negotiate multi-year agreements and commercial terms with customers.
- Enjoy autonomy to come up with your own ideas and a free rein to utilise your talents, while being offered exceptional support.
The person:
- Minimum of 3 years Business Development Manager experience in IT and Telecoms; knowledgeable in Cloud and on-premises voice solutions, business-grade connectivity, mobile and IT services with specialist knowledge in WiFi networks, SD-WAN and LAN.
- Natural ability to generate leads from the start, customer focused, outcome orientated and an innate ability to encourage others.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Driven, customer centric and experienced in dealing with customers.
- Team player – share ideas, encourage and motivate others.
- Flexible with travel to the UK on occasion.
- Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
