CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager on a permanent full-time basis covering Northern Ireland with a salary of £45,000 per year along with bonus/commission structure and some working from home.
This role is newly created due to our client’s growth and now looking to bring their offering into the Northern Ireland market.
Our client:
- A sales and distribution business with over 50 years in operation and a true leader who have introduced some of the most renowned international brands to Ireland.
The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Business Development Manager will:
- Play a vital role in growing sales in Northern Ireland with our client’s brand – a market leader in electric and battery powered agriculture, landscape and forestry products.
- Achieve and exceed against set KPIs.
- Have a keen eye and flair for merchandising – ensuring all products are displayed correctly to maximise sales.
- Attend trade shows, customer open days, customer training, etc.
- Know your competitors – reporting on their activity.
The person:
- 3+ years in a Business Development role achieving set targets and KPIs
- A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
- The ability to negotiate with large customers, demonstrating business cases for developing new product ranges etc.
- Commercial awareness of your competitors.
- Able to cover all of Northern Ireland and a driving licence to meet the on-the-road requirements.
