Our new client is in the security industry and looking for an experienced Business Development / Field Sales agent with experience in selling security technologies
The Role:
✅ Drive new business acquisitions to achieve profit and volume targets.
✅ Identify customer needs and offer tailored system solutions at attractive prices.
✅ Optimize territory coverage with effective route planning and quality customer meetings.
✅ Conduct market research and build strong relationships with specifiers and decision-makers.
✅ Stay updated on our range of services, presenting them confidently and professionally.
✅ Develop in-depth market knowledge and understanding.
✅ Handle sales documentation, tender submissions, and reporting accurately.
✅ Promote a professional image and maintain ISO9001 compliance.
✅ Collaborate with the Sales Team and align activities with company goals.
Your profile:
🔹 Proven track record in Business Development with a customer-focused approach.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Security Technology.
🔹 Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
🔹 Excellent presentation, communication, and questioning skills.
🔹 Organized, with good administrative abilities.
🔹 Flexible and enthusiastic.
The offer:
- 60,000€ base salary + Great commission scheme
