Cpl has an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade III) to provide administration support to a Manager within a busy HSE Service in Waterford city.
- 3 month temporary contract
- Site based role
- 35 hours/week
- €14.91/hour
What you will be doing:
- PA to a Manager
- Processing invoices
- Present annual account report for audit
- Prepare income and expenditure ledger, Cheque Journal, Bank Statement, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash.
- Minute taking
- Processing welfare allowances
- General admin - filing, scanning, photocopying
What you will need:
- At least 6 months of clerical/administration experience
- Good organisational skills, detail oriented and always thinking ahead.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience handling invoices a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
