One of the best Aesthetic Clinics in Ireland are looking for a Clinic Manager for Dublin Region

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join their team.
1. Clinic Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic(s), ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for all patients.
- Drive adherence to best practices in clinical and retail operations.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Act as the central point of accountability for clinic standards and performance.
2. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and support the front of house team to ensure exceptional service.
- Ensure the team consistently meets presentation and grooming standards in line with company policy.
- Set and communicate yearly, monthly, and daily financial targets, ensuring the team is aligned and motivated.
- Deliver ongoing coaching to maintain high levels of performance, productivity, and patient care.
- Motivate the team to achieve company targets and identify training needs to support growth.
- Manage rostering for front of house staff and doctors.
- Conduct 1:1s, return-to-work meetings, performance reviews, and address development or HR needs as required.
- Onboard and train new staff to meet the Sisu Standard.
3. Sales & Promotions
- Ensure daily awareness of sales targets and figures within the team.
- Promote a strong knowledge of treatment and retail offerings to support effective upselling.
- Implement and oversee local promotional campaigns in line with company objectives.
4. Stock Management
- Ensure that all orders are checked correctly and shortages reported.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, especially during peak and promotional periods.
- Ensure products are priced accurately and merchandised effectively.
- Keep stock rooms clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven retail management experience
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous business planning experience including setting of targets, business analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations management including inventory and facility management and cash reconciliation
- Experience creating promotional events
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve KPI’s
- Ability to work full-time 37.5 hours per week at retail hours, and selected Saturdays
