Commercial Alliances & Business Analyst
Working for a leading client in pharma partnering across distribution & activation, tailored logistics & clinical supplies, on-demand packaging, regulatory affairs and PV. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the “on time & in full” access of their pharmaceutical products to the end user, through efficient Sales & Operation process, flow of distribution activities & quality network of operators. Your responsibilities would include data analysis, forecasting, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the company's business activities in more than 30 worldwide territories.
The main job responsibilities include:
· Being responsible for the commercial monthly reporting routine which mainly involves analyzing the sales performance per country & product range (e.g. fluctuations via price volume mix analysis), reviewing the customer base dynamics, optimizing the supply situation and notify relevant stakeholders of issues which require immediate actions (demand planning, risk of write-offs, stock-in-trade).
· Being accountable for the Sales & Operation (S&OP) process with regard to the market demand by collecting, analyzing, consolidating sales data per reference, generating monthly sales forecasts, and roll up each month’s numbers to our supply chain counterparts. To this end you will be responsible to maintain & upgrade an appropriate forecasting process. You are accountable of the forecasting related KPI (accuracy – safety stock & write offs).
· Supporting the planning process related to budgeting exercise for the different markets given sales performance & cost structure in place, per country and per product, and ensure accurate monitoring of the agreed action plan. Prepare documentation to support budget proposal reasoning.
· Taking part in due diligence & potential new product acquisition by analyzing historical sales & support the definition of a structure to document the operating set-up for countries within & outside EEA. This involve commercial terms (among others: payment terms, currency, incoterms, invoicing price) & market access information (distribution network, price & reimbursement, clearance, etc.).
· Analyzing countries competitive environment (competition, pricing & reimbursement, market barriers, parallel trade implications) & potentials (incidence, MSH, therapeutic coverage) in order to support strategic investment decisions. This review is done in collaboration with our local agent’s network and your line manager.
· Supporting migration of newly implemented MS Power BI tool for which it will be required to make sure that the various stakeholders get the right insights from data and reports. You build several dashboards that form the basis for management follow-up and decisions. You are responsible for extracting data from the various sources (ensuring data accuracy & completeness and correction of discrepancies), establishing data flows and transformations and creating end-user reports.
· Documenting your activities & network operating conditions (country workbooks). You are expected to propose & set up appropriate governance tool to ensure the viability & the monitoring of your activity scope. You are responsible for the data governance and master data within the organization.

· The fulfilment of your task may require some travel (up to 10% of the employee time)
Your profile:
· You have a master’s degree in business / management.
· You have at least 3 years of experience in the “Big 4” (financial audit) or similar - (an international environment exposure is a plus).
· You are at ease in building Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
· You are proactive and flexible towards changing priorities upon business needs
· You are used to managing several projects at the same time: your analytical and organization skills are part of your key strengths.
· You are rigorous, a talented communicator, eager to learn, curious of everything, and you are able to work within an environment where flexibility is necessary.
· Entrepreneur mindset – You are a doer & a performance driver.
· You have a very good command of IT tools: a.o. MS office, MS Projects or project management tools. Mastering of Excel is a must.
· You have a high degree of business ethics, working to company values and goals, being a team player and thriving in a team environment.
· English is a must and any other language is a plus.
