In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering support, resolving contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
• Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
• Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
• Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
