We are looking for a dedicated, fluent Danish or Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-tier assistance to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront resolving contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
• Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and general issues.
• Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
• Process customer complaints.
• Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish OR Norwegian with a good level of English.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
