Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support one of Ireland's leading financial institutions as part of our growing team at Covalen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on-site with Partner Banking Client in Limerick, gain experience in the financial services sector, and contribute to customer and operations excellence.
🔍 Your Role at a Glance:
✅ Support customer banking operations and handle sensitive information securely
✅ Manage inbound requests and processing across key customer accounts
✅ Ensure full compliance with operational and regulatory policies
✅ Deliver efficient, accurate service within established timelines
✅ Communicate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders
🧠 What You Bring:
✔️ Strong administrative or operational experience (ideally in banking, insurance, or professional services)
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
✔️ Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
✔️ A desire to learn and grow in a structured, high-performing environment
