Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support one of Ireland's leading financial institutions as part of our growing team at Covalen.

π Your Role at a Glance:
β Support customer banking operations and handle sensitive information securely
β Manage inbound requests and processing across key customer accounts
β Ensure full compliance with operational and regulatory policies
β Deliver efficient, accurate service within established timelines
β Communicate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders

βοΈ Strong administrative or operational experience (ideally in banking, insurance, or professional services)
βοΈ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
βοΈ Clear, professional communication skills β both written and verbal
